The apartment, which is located on the second floor of a residential building that does not have an elevator, has a living room with a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of five people. There is a double bed in the bedrooms and a sofa for one person in the living room.

In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner, a bathroom with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
