Dimi Apartment is located in Perea, a suburb of Thessaloniki, 500m from the beach and 14km from the water amusement park Waterland. Bakeries, supermarkets, taverns, bars, ATMs, and everything you might need are just a few meters away from the accommodation.
The apartment, which is located on the ground floor of the residential building, has a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, and a bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, while in the living room, there is a sofa for two people and a folding armchair of smaller dimensions.
In this air-conditioned apartment, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a Nes coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on the furnished veranda.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, for guests who stay in the accommodation longer than six days, is done by agreement, while for stays shorter than six days, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the accommodation and the change of bed linen and towels is not provided.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always a free parking space near the apartment.
Dimi Apartment is 24 km from the center of Thessaloniki and 11 km from the airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
