Hotel Description

EF Apartment is situated on the outskirts of Corfu, directly across from the Mon Repos Palace and only 400 meters from the beach. This elegant apartment combines modern design with earthy tones and natural materials, aiming to create a harmonious atmosphere that highlights the space’s inherent beauty.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment accommodates up to four guests. It includes a living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room features a double sofa bed.

This air-conditioned apartment offers amenities such as a TV, WiFi, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, large oven, spacious fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathrooms feature showers with glass screens and are stocked with toiletries. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

An enclosed veranda includes seating and a swing for relaxation.

Cleaning and linen/towel replacement are provided every three or four days.

Pets are not allowed, and convenient parking is available in front of the property.

EF Apartment is 4.3 km from the port and 2 km from the airport, with nearby attractions including the Panagia Vlahernon Church, the Serbian Museum, and the Ionian University.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
