Kate's Modern Apartment is located in Perea, a suburb of Thessaloniki, at a distance of 300m from the beach. This modern accommodation, carefully equipped for a comfortable stay, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy shared moments with family and friends.
The accommodation unit is situated on the first floor and can accommodate four adults and two children. It includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other with a sofa bed for two), and a bathroom. The living room also features a sofa bed for two.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
