Kate’s Modern Apartment is located in Perea, a suburb of Thessaloniki, at a distance of 300m from the beach. This modern accommodation, carefully equipped for a comfortable stay, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy shared moments with family and friends.
The accommodation unit is situated on the first floor and can accommodate four adults and two children. It includes a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, and the other with a sofa bed for two), and a bathroom. The living room also features a sofa bed for two.
This air-conditioned apartment is equipped with a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, and a kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, a big fridge with freezer, a kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower tray with a glass screen.
The balcony is furnished with seating and offers a view of the street.
Pets are allowed.
Parking space is not provided for guests, but free parking is always available along the street near the accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and linens is available for guests, who are responsible for their own changes. All reservations include a mandatory cleaning fee.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 8€ per day of stay.
