Situated 2.9 km from the nearest beach and 2.4 km from the town center, it provides a high level of privacy and comfort, along with plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature and outdoor living.

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to four adults. The accommodation consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. In the living room, guests are accommodated on two single sofa beds, while the bedroom features a double bed, ensuring a high level of comfort and quality sleep.

The property is air-conditioned, and guests have access to Wi-Fi internet and a TV, offering various entertainment options during their stay. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and includes a two-burner stove with a small oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. A hairdryer is also available for guests’ convenience.

Guests can enjoy the shared outdoor courtyard, which is exceptionally spacious, fenced, and covered with grass. It is furnished with outdoor seating and dining furniture, making it an ideal place to spend time outdoors. Cleaning service is not provided, and guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment during their stay. A replacement set of bed linen and towels is available, and guests are responsible for changing them themselves.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
