Lampis Apartment is located in the second largest Greek city and the second most important port in Greece, the capital of Central Macedonia, the bride of Thermaic Bay, Thessaloniki, 22 km from the water amusement park Waterland. This accommodation is located in the part of Thessaloniki better known as Ampelokipi and just a few meters from the accommodation there are bakeries, supermarkets and everything you may need.
This two-bedroom apartment is structured as a maisonette on two levels, that can accommodate a maximum of five adults. On the lower level of the maisonette, which is at the ground floor level, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while on the second level, which is at the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms. The bedrooms each have a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
Within this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV both in the living room and in each bedroom, two fans, a hairdryer, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates and a large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
The cleaning of the accommodation during the stay is done every seventh day, while the bed linen and towels, which are available, are changed by the guests themselves.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
No parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but parking is possible in the surrounding streets.
This accommodation is open throughout the year, and the heating service outside the summer season is charged an additional 5€ per day.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
