Description
Sunray Studios is an accommodation in Stavros, not far from the beach and center. It offers studios for up to three people. Guests can use the reception with a small lobby at the entrance to the property. Pets are also welcome.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are 400m away. The beach is located about 350m away, while the center is 450m away.
All studios (20m2) are air-conditioned, with one double and a single bed, wireless internet, TV, fully equipped kitchen (with a 2-ring hot plate and a fridge with a freezer), mosquito nets, bathroom and a terrace.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is after 3-4 days, while cleaning is performed every day.
There's no private parking, but even in the high season, you will find a spot on the street in the surrounding area.
At the entrance to Stavros, before the lot with boats and yachts and after the supermarket Arvanitidis, turn left and drive ahead for about 40m until you see the building on the corner on the left side.
Sunray Studios is an ideal choice for young people, couples and all those looking for good accommodation at an affordable price.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
