Superior One Boutique Hotel, housed in a neoclassical style building, is located in the second largest Greek city, but also the second most important port in Greece, the capital of Central Macedonia, the bride of Thermaic Gulf, Thessaloniki, within walking distance of the famous Aristotle Square, the most commercial street of the city, Tsimiski and Nikis Avenue, as well as numerous sights, restaurants, and shops.

This hotel offers elegantly and modernly decorated standard, premium, superior, and junior rooms, located on the first, second, third, and fourth floors, and that can accommodate up to four adults. Double rooms have a double bed, while four-bed rooms also have a sofa for two people.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

Air-conditioned rooms offer guests free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix streaming platform, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, a bathroom with toiletries and cosmetics, a refrigerator, and junior rooms have an espresso machine and a kettle.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done daily.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
