Casa De La Familia Apartments is located on the main road, close to the sandy beach Salonikiou. Clean and comfortable accommodation, it offers to its guests everything that is necessary for peaceful, family vacation.

Beach is 220m far, but the organized part of the beach is at 600m. From the village Agios Nikolaos and first bigger market and taverns is 9km away, but every morning, in front of accommodation is passing a mini van with fresh bread and pastries. The village of Metagitsi is 4km away, and the fishing village Pyrgadikia where guests can taste traditional specialities and fresh fish is 6km away.

In the offer is one six-bed duplex apartment on the ground floor, which has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second one and two sofas in the room with kitchen.

Apartment is air-conditioned, has internet, TV, mosquito nets and drying rack. In the bathroom is a bathtub. In completely equipped kitchen are toaster, kettle, stove, fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with chairs is both inside and outside, on the balcony. In the apartment is also a small storage room where can be found washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are replaced every four days.

In well arranged courtyard there are parking space and barbecue, next to which one is a gazebo with table and chairs.

You can easily reach the accommodation, following the road to Agios Nikolaos, when you turn off the main road. Just 220m before the beach, you will see accommodation on the right.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
