Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

This beautifully arranged apartment, situated on the first floor of the building, features a functional layout and a cozy atmosphere, making it ideal for up to two adults. The space is designed with an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a harmonious setting for rest. It also includes a separate, comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a modern, fully equipped bathroom.
To ensure a pleasant and convenient stay, the apartment is equipped with modern appliances and useful amenities. Two air conditioners provide a pleasant temperature during warmer days, while free Wi-Fi and a TV in the living room with access to platforms like Netflix offer various options for entertainment and relaxation. Guests also have access to a washing machine, hairdryer, and other practical touches that enhance comfort. The apartment doesn’t have a private parking space, but public street parking is available nearby. As the accommodation is located in the city center, availability may be limited at certain times, so it’s recommended to plan your arrival time.
