Description
Anastasia House 2 is the accommodation near the center of Stavros and offers two studios for 2-4 people and one apartment for 2-7 persons. It's in a quiet location, a short walk away from all the contents. The famous Platani beach is about 500m away.
The center is at about 150m, the nearest beach is at 250m, the bakery at 100m and the supermarket is 80m away.
The studio (20m2) on the ground floor has one double bed (narrower than the standard) with a drawer bed and a single bed. The kitchen is equipped, with a small fridge and a hot plate. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a sliding door.
The apartment (60m2) with three separate bedrooms is on the first floor. The first bedroom has one double and a single bed, the second has a single bed with a drawer bed, while the third bedroom has one double bed. The bedrooms are connected by a long terrace and separated by sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped, with a fridge and a hotplate, and in the bathroom, there's a shower with a curtain.
When the apartment is used by only one family, the third bedroom is locked
The studio (25m2) on the third floor has one double bed and a single bed with a drawer bed. The kitchen is equipped, with a refrigerator and a hot plate, and in the bathroom, there's a shower with a curtain and a sliding door. The hallway opens to a small balcony (of the existing two, the other has a table with chairs) overlooking the building. The studio has air conditioning, but also a fan, if necessary.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV, mosquito nets and a hairdryer.
The guests clean and maintain hygiene in the accommodation units by themselves. Bed linen and towels are replaced at half of the stay (only if guests want it).
There's a public parking space in front of the building.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Upravo sam se vratio sa porodicom (dvoje male dece). Platio sam studio sa 4 kreveta, a bili smo gurnuti u budžak sa 2 kreveta (jedan je širi 10 cm od drugog pa ga gazdarica smatra krevetom za dvoje) i "pomocnim lezajem" ako se ono moze tako nazvati. Rupe u zidovima kroz koje su defilovali raznorazni insekti su zapusavane buđavim bluzama. Cim sam dosao po dogovoru sam platio sve , ali na insistiranje da dobijem racun da se zastitim od jos nekog iznenađenja dobio sam obecanje da cu racun dobiti sutra. Gazdaričina garancija da ćemo stvarno sutradan dobiti račun o plaćenom smestaju je bila komentar tipa "Sta, ako ne dobijes?Necete nam vise doci?" Sve u svemu katastrofa. Potrosili smo 10 dana svog zivota i odmora na "ovo". O neudobnosti lezaja necu ni komentarisati. Dosli smo kuci jutros da se odmorimo od ovih i ovakvih. Pozitivne strane su da se nadmena gazdarica izvinjavala u nekom trenutku i odgovornost prebacivala na Nikanu (bar za krevete) i da je klima radila. Dragi sugradjani, bezite sto dalje od Ovoga.

Vlasnica ljubazna. Smestaj solidan. Cist sa dve terase i opremljenom kuhinjom. Jedina mana sto klima ne radi.
