Hotel Description

Villa Riviera is located in a quiet and green environment, five minutes from the center of Stavros, with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It has a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and wooden deckchairs around it, and it also has a large yard and barbecue, which guests can use whenever they want. There are 10 units on offer, with capacity for 3-5 people.

The longest sandy beach, with a gradual depth and a shallow area suitable for children, is a seven-minute walk away. Sunbeds on the beach are free, with an ordered drink.

Accommodation has:

four studios for three people, with two single beds and one couch or three single beds. Two studios have pool view, two have sea view;
four studios for two adults and two children, with two singles, two bunk beds and a view of the courtyard. Bunk beds are of standard size, so they can accommodate three adults and one child;
two apartments with one bedroom separated by a door, with two joined single beds and a mattress for a French bed. In the living room there is one couch and two bunk beds. Their capacity is three adults and two children or four adults and one child.

All studios and apartments have a bathroom with a shower cabin and cosmetics for personal hygiene (shampoo, etc.), an equipped kitchenette with two hotplates, a refrigerator, plates, cutlery, dishes, an electric kettle and detergent.

The studios have a TV, air conditioning and a terrace with a dining area and furniture. The apartments have two televisions and air conditioners (one in each room), a large terrace with a dining room, furniture and a view of the pool, the mountain and the yard. WiFi internet is available in public areas. Cleaning is for two days.

Breakfast, served on the balcony of each room or in the courtyard, is served every morning after 9:00.

Private parking is not provided, so guests park in front of the villa.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
