Mermaid Beachfront Villa is located right on the beach, in a peaceful area just outside the village of Koropi, making it an excellent choice for guests who want to enjoy a seaside holiday away from the crowds. Thanks to its immediate proximity to the shore and pleasant surroundings, guests can enjoy relaxing days by the sea and the sound of the waves. The villa is beautifully furnished, spacious and modern, with carefully selected details that contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. The interior is designed to provide comfort throughout the stay, with plenty of space to relax and spend quality time with family or friends. Koropi is a small seaside village with a laid-back atmosphere, known for its beach and a few tavernas where guests can try traditional Greek specialities. Other lovely coastal villages are located nearby, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area and experience the local way of life. Pelion is known for its combination of lush green mountain landscapes, traditional villages and beautiful beaches, making it an attractive destination for guests who want to enjoy both nature and the sea during the same holiday.

The apartment, featuring four bedrooms and arranged as a maisonette over three levels, can accommodate up to eight adults and four children up to 12 years old. The entrance is located on the raised ground floor, which is reached by climbing eight steps. This level features a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. An internal staircase leads to the upper level, situated on the first floor, where three bedrooms and a bathroom are located. On the semi-basement level, accessible by descending ten steps, there is another living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor are each furnished with a double bed, while the third has a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom on the semi-basement level has a double bed, while the living room features two sofa beds, each accommodating two people.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer and a washing machine. There are also two kitchens, both equally equipped with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

There is a veranda on the ground floor, while the first floor features two balconies furnished with outdoor seating, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air. The landscaped and fenced garden provides additional space for rest and relaxation, and guests can use the outdoor shower, gazebo, sun loungers and outdoor seating area. The garden has direct access to the beach, and there is also a small children’s pool for younger guests.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

For stays longer than 10 nights, the accommodation is cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed once, halfway through the stay. For shorter stays, guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean, as well as changing the bed linen and towels themselves. Additional cleaning can be requested during the stay for an extra charge.

Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a cash security deposit to cover any potential damage. The deposit is refunded in full in cash upon departure, after the accommodation has been inspected.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
