Alkyonis Apartments is a new accommodation close to the sandy beach and the center of Ammouliani. They offer clean, comfortable and modern studios with wonderful sea view, for 4-6 people, which exude the hospitality of friendly owners. One of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes, is only 1,5km away, so it’s the additional reason why this accommodation is popular. Small pets are also welcome.

The center is about a 5-minute walk away, while all necessary facilities are located at 100-150m, sandy beach, market and restaurant are at 100m, and bakery 150m away.

There are five studios (30m2), one on the ground floor, while the rest are on the upper floor.

The ground floor studio has one double bed and two sofa beds, so it’s suitable for six people. This studio has an enclosed porch and small stairs on the inside. Studios on the upper floor have one double and a sofa bed, so they are suitable for four adults (five with an additional charge). The kitchens are fully equipped, with a stove, large refrigerator, microwave and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

The studios are air-conditioned, have internet access, TV, mosquito nets, safe box, hairdryer and a terrace. Only the ground-floor studio has an awning. Use of the washing machine is possible at an additional cost. Umbrella and deck chairs are available on request.

Towels and bed linen are replaced every three days, while cleaning is performed every day.

The property has a small enclosed courtyard with several toys for children, grill and a faucet with a hose.

There is no private parking, so guests can park close by.
