Gianni’s Apartments accommodation is located on the island of Ammouliani, in the second row from the sea, only 15m from the nearest non-organized and 60m from the nearest organized beach. It is a well-maintained property with newer furniture that will make you feel right at home.
The center and the nearest supermarket are 150m away, the bakery is only 20m away, while the nearest restaurant is 40m away.
The accommodation has two apartments on the first floor, one three-bed and one four-bed. Three-bed apartment No. 1 (48m2) has a sofa in the living room with a kitchen, while the bedroom has a double bed. Four-bed apartment No. 2 (65m2) has a single bed in the living room with a kitchen, under which another single bed can be pulled out in the form of a drawer, and in the bedroom there is a double bed.
The kitchens in both apartments are equipped the same, they have a large refrigerator with freezer, a large stove, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and necessary dishes, with the exception of the four-bed apartment, which also has a washing machine. The bathrooms are also decorated in the same way, the shower is separated by a glass partition.
Both apartments have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, WiFi internet, hair dryer, and the four-bed apartment also has a Sony Playstation console. The three-bed apartment has one balcony with a direct sea view, while the four-bed apartment has two balconies, one with a sea view, and the other one overlooking the neighboring house.
The cleaning of the apartment, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linens, is done every 3 days.
The accommodation has a small, fenced and paved yard and no private parking, but guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.
Gianni’s Apartments accommodation can be a good choice for families who want to spend a quiet vacation in close proximity to all the contents that this picturesque island has to offer.
