Sunrise Hotel is located in a quiet location, not far from the beach, on Ammouliani island. It has 46 rooms for 2-3 people. Since it’s close to the beach, most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace, as well as from the landscaped yard with summerhouses surrounded by a beautiful lawn with lots of flowers.

The center is about 200m away, the closest market is at 300m, the nearest restaurants are 50-100m away, while the bakery is across the street (20m).

The nearest beach is not arranged, with fine pebbles and it’s reached by the stairs. The nearest arranged beach is about 2km away.

Superior rooms (15-17m2) are set in two buildings set in the form of the Cyrillic letter Г. They are renovated and have new furniture. In the first building with a reception desk (24⁄7), the rooms are set on the ground floor (two are adequate for persons with disabilities) and on the first floor. In the second building, the rooms are located on the first and second floor.

The rooms are air-conditioned, have mosquito nets, SAT TV, hairdryer, tumble dryer on the terrace and a small fridge with a freezer. The safe box can be used at the reception (free of charge), and the internet is available throughout the hotel. The third bed is auxiliary (metal structure with standard mattress). The bathrooms have a shower cabin or a shower with a curtain. The rooms have a direct or partial sea view, as well as a view of the yard.

Cleaning and replacement towels are performed every day, while bed linen is replaced after two days. Hygiene is at a high level.

The hotel was last renovated in 2019. It offers a bed and breakfast service (buffet from 8:00-11:00), offered also in the arranged yard.

There is also a fountain in the courtyard.

In addition to the hotel, there is public land where about 30 vehicles can be parked.

The hotel is ideal for couples and families with children who prefer good accommodation with excellent service, in a peaceful location.
