Niriides Hotel is a vividly arranged accommodation in the enclosed yard with a summer house, not far from the center and sandy beach on Ammouliani island. They offer seven neat accommodation units for 2-3 people. About 1,5km from the property, there’s one of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes, which is why this accommodation is so popular. Small pets are also welcome.

The beach is less than 100m away (small, sandy, disorganized), while the center is at 200m. The nearest grocery store is just a few steps away, and a bakery is about 100m away. The closest restaurant is just 50m away.

The hotel has one studio in the basement and six rooms on the first and second floor. The studio (20m2) has one double bed and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette (cooker, small fridge) and a bathroom (shower with a curtain). It has no porch, but it is fresh. The rooms (15m2) are double and have one double bed (two on the first floor and all three rooms on the second floor), i.e. two single beds (one room on the first floor), bathroom (shower with a curtain) and a terrace with tumble dryer. They don’t have a kitchenette, they only have a fridge.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet access, a coffee maker, a hairdryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request.

Bed linen and towels are replaced every two days, while cleaning is performed daily.

There is no private parking, so guests park close by.
