Villa Estia is located in Nea Mudanya, in the second row to the sea. It is a newly built facility that can accommodate up to 10 people. A maximum of 4 adults and 6 children

The nearest supermarket (Galaxias) and bakery are about 150m away, and the center of Nea Mudanje is about 400m from the accommodation.

In the semi-basement (seven steps down) there is a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen, which is connected to it. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator and stove, and the sea can be seen through the window in the living room. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a TV. The bathroom has a brick bathtub without a cabin. The apartment is air-conditioned, there are mosquito nets on the windows.

On the first level (not available 2026) there is a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. In this part there is also a balcony with two doors and a large window with a view of the sea. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a ceramic hob, an oven and an extractor hood, as well as a coffee machine and an electric kettle. In the living room there is also a corner couch for two people, a smart TV and an air conditioner. From there, there is direct access to a large balcony with a dining room. On the second level, there are two separate bedrooms with a wardrobe, a balcony and a sea view, with one French bed or a sofa bed for two people. There is also a comfortable bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay, and the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment.

They don’t have a parking lot, so guests park their cars on the street, above the villa.

Villa Estia is an ideal choice for guests who prefer newer accommodation and for whom proximity to the beach is a priority.
