Yiannis-Rania apartments is a renovated accommodation (2018) just 30m from the beach in Polichrono. There are eight comfortable units (two of them are duplex, one in two levels - maisonette), capacity for 4-6 persons. Besides the proximity of the beach, the amenities offered by this accommodation include private parking in the yard, a landscaped lawn with a children’s corner (slide, swings) perfect for playing of the youngest, but also socializing since there are summer cottages and barbecue in the yard.

The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy, with some natural shade and rocks in the water. Other facilities are located within 400m: nearest grocery store - 300m, bakery - 300m, restaurant - 400.

Smaller apartments (25m2) they can host a maximum of two adults and two children. In the bedroom have two single beds, while in the other room with kitchen there is a sofa bed. There are two of them in total and they are located on the first floor. Each has a terrace overlooking the sea. These apartments are more suitable for two adults, because opening the couch loses a lot of comfort and the kitchen is difficult to use.

Larger apartments (30m2) are located on the first (two apartments) and second floor (one apartment) and they can host a maximum of two adults and two children. In the bedroom they have a king size double bed (except in one apartment on the first floor which has two single beds), while in the other room with a kitchen there is a sofa bed.

Duplex apartments (50m2) they can host a maximum of four adults and two children. Have two bedrooms - one has a double bed, the other two single beds, while the kitchen has a sofa bed. They are located on the ground floor.

The kitchens are equipped (large refrigerator, stove - duplex apartments have a large stove), while the bathroom has a shower without curtains.

Maisonette (40m2) is separated from the central building with other apartments and can accommodate a maximum of three adults and two children. There is a sofa bed on the ground floor, while there are three single beds upstairs. This unit does not have a terrace, only exit to the yard.

All apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, internet access, hair dryer, mosquito nets and a terrace with a dryer.

Towels and bed linen are changed every 6-7 days, while the hygiene of the units is taken care of by the guests themselves.

Guests can use sunbeds and a shower in the courtyard.

If you want a good accommodation in a quiet location in Polichrono, Yiannis-Rania apartments can be a good choice.
