The apartment is located in an older building, on the third floor, without an elevator, so it is not recommended for those for whom climbing stairs would be a problem. The kitchen has a stove with two hobs, a large refrigerator with freezer and a dishwasher. The bathroom is small, with a suspended ceiling. It has a small bathtub and a washing machine.

The apartment is air conditioned (two air conditioners), has internet, TV, hair dryer and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available on request. The terrace can be accessed from any room. Although it is located on the top floor, the apartment is almost well insulated, and as protection from the sun there are awnings on the terrace.

The guests take care of the hygiene of the units during their stay, and they also change the bed linen and towels. The owners leave one clean set at a time.
