Edem Apartments are located halfway between Polichrono and Hanioti, 40m from the sea, on the road along the beach. Two apartments for 6 or 8 people are at guests’ disposal in a beautiful, spacious and fenced yard. The accommodation is ideal for large families or large groups of friends. Private parking with enough space for everyone is available to guests.

The center of Hanioti and Polichrono is about 2 km away.

Apartment Flora is located on the first floor of the house, it has two bedrooms and a living room with dining room and kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and the kitchen area has a sofa with a pull-out bed. It is suitable for six people.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a four-burner stove and a large oven, a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, a kettle and a coffee machine.

The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen, without a curtain.

The apartment has two terraces. The large terrace is accessed from the living room. It is equipped with seating and looks towards the entrance to the yard. A smaller terrace is accessible from the kitchen, also equipped with seating and overlooks the back yard.

Apartment Petra is partially in the basement, four steps below the yard level. It has three bedrooms and a living room with dining room and kitchen.

There are two single beds in two bedrooms, and a double bed in the third bedroom. In the kitchen area there is a sofa for one person with a pull-out bed. It is suitable for eight people.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a four-burner stove and a large oven, two large fridge-freezers, a kettle and a coffee machine.

In the bathroom, there is a shower with a glass screen, without a curtain and it has a small water heater, which is not of sufficient capacity for continuous use by eight people.

The apartment has a large covered veranda that looks towards the entrance to the yard. It is equipped with seating and a large swing, opens onto the yard and is not fenced, so it will allow you to truly enjoy the warm summer days.

Both apartments have mosquito nets, air conditioning (one per apartment), internet and flat screen TV with satellite channels.

A baby cot is available upon request and is not charged separately.

The apartments are spacious and the bathrooms have been renovated. The furniture is a little older, but nicely preserved, and the accommodation is well maintained, clean and tidy.

The guests of this accommodation have at their disposal umbrellas and sunbeds that they can take to the beach, with the obligation to return them to the accommodation.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, upon request and within the price.

The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of bed linen, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves. A common washing machine is also available to guests, which can be used by both apartments.

Parking spaces are located within the fenced yard.
