Nika Apartment is located in Nea Kalikratia, on the Kassandra peninsula, one of the nearest resorts, known for its peaceful atmosphere and a wide, long sandy beach, which is only 600 meters from the property. The accommodation is spacious, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant vacation with family and friends.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building that does not have an elevator and can accommodate five adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed and an extra bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has TV with cable channels, WiFi internet, fan, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as an equipped kitchen with four hotplates and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine.

The apartment has a large balcony, which runs the length of the entire apartment, which is equipped with seating and looks towards the neighboring building and sideways to the street.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. A replacement set of towels and bed linen is available.

There is no private parking, but a free parking space can be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where the accommodation is located.
