Dream View Luxury Villa is located within a complex of villas in the small village of Elani, not far from Siviri, on the western coast of Kassandra. The beautiful Elani beach, which is not crowded even during the season, is about one kilometer away from the accommodation, while the town beach in Siviri is at a distance of 3.5km.

The nearest market is approximately 3km away, at the entrance to the village of Siviri.

The villa spans two levels, comprising four bedrooms, and is intended to accommodate a maximum of six adults and two children. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with a French bed and a private bathroom, while on the first floor, there are three more bedrooms equipped with French beds, a sofa for two people, bunk beds, a bathroom, and a toilet. Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda next to the pool, equipped with a table with eight chairs, or on the balcony with a panoramic sea view.

In this air-conditioned villa, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a stove with a large oven and four ceramic hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle. One bathroom has a shower cabin, while the other has a bathtub with a glass partition. Pets are allowed upon request.

During their stay, guests are responsible for their own hygiene, and there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.

In the 300m² yard, guests have access to a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and their stay can be enhanced by the possibility of preparing barbecue with family and friends.

Parking is provided within the yard for the guests of this accommodation.

At the turn towards Elani Bay Resort on Elani beach, turn right (opposite the coast), then left for 20m and follow the road uphill to the first houses. At the first row of houses, turn right, then left into the street where Dream View Luxury Villa is located - it is the second villa on the left.
