It offers eight accommodation units for up to four people, located on the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth floors of the building with an elevator. The ground floor features private parking, the first, second, and third floors have Deluxe apartments, while the fourth and fifth floors have units that are structurally lofts, called Loft studios. The Deluxe apartments can accommodate up to four people and consist of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two. There are a total of six such apartments, two on each floor.

The four-bed Loft studio extends over two levels (fourth and fifth floors) and can accommodate up to four people. On the lower level (fourth floor) there is a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, while on the upper level (fifth floor) - on the open gallery, there is a double bed.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning. The Deluxe apartments have two air conditioners: one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. Furthermore, all units have a standard balcony with views of the city and the sea in the distance. Guests have access to free WiFi, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, washing machine (in two accommodation units - Deluxe Apartment), a kitchen with two burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower with a glass partition. Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price. There is an option to pay extra for breakfast/brunch (six menus available).

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days. For all reservations, there is an optional cleaning fee.

The property has private parking with a limited number of spaces. Other guests can park their vehicle in nearby streets where parking is easily found.
