Maria Elena Luxury Villas is a complex near Elia beach, offering the authentic experience of a royal vacation, in absolute privacy and isolation. In the offer are six luxury villas, but also four suites that are more affordable and more modest than the villas.

Complex is located just 100m from Elia beach. The closest store is at 400m on the road along the beach. Nikiti is about 6km away. The reception does not exist because of better discretion, so it’s necessary to announce the arrival so the employee can unlock the villa. The security of the complex is present every day and from 8:30-20:00 guests can contact the staff if they have any doubts or questions.

In total there are 6 villas (185m2 and 215m2) and four suites (50m2). Villa Nefeli is for six people, villas Afrodita and Lidija for are six people, sextuple villas Danai and Artemis, villa Dafna for six people, family suites for four persons and junior suites for four persons.

Villa Nefeli (185m2) has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one toilet, private pool, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.

Villa Dafni (215m2) has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one toilet, private pool, two living rooms with fireplaces and an equipped kitchen.

Villa Afroditi and Lidia (185m2) are very similarly furnished, Afroditi has four and Lidia has three bedrooms, a private pool, two bathrooms and a toilet, equipped kitchen and a living room with fireplace.

Villas Danae and Artemis (215m2) have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, toilet, equipped kitchen, small private pools and a living room with a fireplace.

Suites (35-50m2) have a bedroom that’s not separated by the door from the living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, one double and a sofa bed for two children.

All villas have wireless internet, air conditioning, mosquito nets, private terraces, TV, hairdryer, equipped kitchen and drinking water thanks to the built-in filters. Each villa has its own courtyard, completely private, from which is not possible to see other villas, and a covered parking space. Bed linen is replaced every day in the villas and every third day in suites. Cleaning is performed every day, and there is the possibility of daily replacement of bed linen and towels. Towels for swimming pool and beach, as well as sunbeds on the beach are free of charge. Laundry and ironing service is available and it is free of charge. Guests have for free full fridge service which is filled daily with coffee, milk, tea, juice, bread, butter, marmalade, honey, cereals, cakes, ham, cheese, eggs, so they can prepare and enjoy a full breakfast at the comfort of the villa (not applying to junior and family suites).
