Christeluda Studios & Apartments is a good choice for families with children, because of the enclosed and safe courtyard, which offers tranquillity and natural shade for beautiful moments on a vacation. A doctor often stops by the camping nearby, so the distance from Neos Marmaras is not a problem even for the families who didn’t come by their own vehicle. The accommodation is out of populated place, so it’s a great option for all those who prefer to stay out of city noise.
Christeluda Studios & Apartments is on the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti, on the uphill above the main road, 200m from the Castello camping. The beach in the camping is sandy and organized, with gradual entrance to the water and a bar nearby. In camping, you can buy various pastries. Next to the organized, there’s an unorganized part of the beach, for guests with their own equipment.
It consists of four superior apartments and three studios, some with a partial sea view. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, wireless internet and hot water 24⁄7. Two superior apartments are 48m2 and the other two are 42m2. Two studios are 35m2 and one is 28m2.
The apartments are on the front side of the house, on the high ground floor, 3-8 steps from the ground level. There are studios in the side part of the house and on the upper floor. One superior apartment doesn’t have fenced balcony, but the space in front of the entrance door with tables and chairs.
Superior apartment White has a big wooden arched door that separates the bedroom from the kitchen. In the bedroom is a double bed and in the room with kitchen there are two sofas. It has two exits to the balcony and a big bathroom with a shower.
Superior apartment Lila has a separate bedroom with a double bed (two connected single beds with a king-size mattress on the top), two sofas in the room with a ktichen, and a big bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, there is also a bigger studio Lavander, suitable for 2-4 persons. This accommodation unit has a double bed in a room separated only by the bow and curtain from the rest of the space with a completely equipped kitchen with mini-stove with oven, fridge with freezer, and a big foldable sofa for two.
The apartment Blue has two connected single beds (with a king-size mattress on the top) in the bedroom, and two small sofa beds for two children in the living room with the kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and nicely arranged, with a shower tub. Kitchen is also fully equipped, with hot plates, fridge with freezer compartment, and all necessary dishes and utensils.
The Cyan studio has one double bed in a part separated with a curtain from the area with one single bed suitable for a child and an auxiliary bed. There’s a bathtub with a curtain in the bathroom.
The Terracotta studio has one double bed and one folding armchair, as well as a bathroom adapted for persons with mobility problems.
The Peach studio is the only studio on the upper floor. It has a small kitchen with two hot plates and a fridge under the narrow wall and a small sink, one double and a single sofa bed, shower tray with a curtain in the bathroom and a sea view.
Upon request, the owners can add a special mattress to the accommodation units with two connected single beds and transform them into one double. The auxiliary bed is either a small sofa (for the child up to 12 years of age) or the bed with a standard mattress.
Cleaning, as well as replacement of the bed linen and towels is done after three nights.
In the enclosed courtyard full of greenery you will find parking space, showers and sunbeds, toys, swings and space for children, so you can enjoy the open space surrounded by greenery.
Driving on the main road from Nikiti to Neos Marmaras, 30m before the sign for the camping Castello, you will see the Christeluda Studios & Apartments on a small hill on the left side of the road.
Christeluda Studios & Apartments could be a good choice for guests who plan a relaxing summer holiday in nature, near the sea and away from mass tourism.
