Sofia’s Studios is one of the most affordable accommodations on the most attractive location in Neos Marmaras, near the stadium and next to the sandy city beach. The building is well maintained, very clean and neat, and the comfortable and airy accommodation units are well equipped with all that is necessary for a pleasant stay.

The center is about 150m away, and the city beach is at 200m. The city square, numerous taverns, fast food restaurants, bars, tourist shops, shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.Paradissos beach is 2,5 km away.

There are 11 accommodation units for rent - double, triple and quadruple studios, as well as quadruple apartments.

Double studios have one double or two connected single beds, triple beds have one double bed and a folding armchair, and quadruple studios have one double bed and bunk beds or a sofa bed. In quadruple apartments, there is one double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room with a kitchen. The quadruple family apartment has one double and two single beds.

On the ground floor there is a quadruple studio.
On the first floor there is one double and one triple accommodation unit with the sea view, as well as one quadruple accommodation unit located at the back of the building.
On the second floor there is one double and one quadruple accommodation unit with the sea view, as well as one double and one quadruple accommodation unit located at the back of the building.
On the third floor there is one double and one triple accommodation unit with the sea view, one triple accommodation unit with partial sea view, as well as one 4 bed accommodation unit located at the back of the building.

All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning, kitchenette with the necessary equipment, hot plate and a refrigerator with small freezer compartment, as well as a beautiful balcony for enjoying the sun and view of the street and the sea, equipped with a sitting set and a laundry drying rack. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray and curtain. Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed after four nights.

The reception desk is located on the first floor, there’s no courtyard, and guests can park in the area nearby or around the stadium. Also, there’s free public parking at less than 200m.

The accommodation is located in the second row of houses from the stadium, in the street right above the first row.
