It has a total of ten accommodation units spread across two adjacent buildings, with double studios on the first and third floors, four-bed studios on the ground floor, four-bed studios with sea views on the second floor, and four-bed apartments on the ground floor.

There are a total of four double studios, each with one double bed. Two studios are on the first floor with a courtyard view, and two are on the third floor with a sea view.

The four-bed Junior studios each have a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons or two single beds. Two are located on the ground floor with a courtyard view, and two are on the second floor with a sea view. The four-bed apartments feature a double bed in the kitchen area and two single beds in a separate bedroom with sliding doors. There are also two of them.

The units are equipped with a hairdryer, mosquito nets, TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a spacious private terrace (a pass-through veranda on the ground floor) with an awning. All bathrooms have a shower cabin.

A baby cot is available upon request.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three nights.

In the front, there is a fenced courtyard with private parking with enough space for everyone. At the back, there is an organic garden where guests can consume the products grown, as well as a barbecue and an oven, with a beautifully fenced area and stone tables under the grapevine, making the space even more pleasant and beautiful.

Driving on the main road Nikiti – Sarti, in the Paradisos area, you will notice a sign for Seydnaya Apartments & Studios, so turn left towards it.
