Epohikon Studios is an accommodation near the center of old Sarti and it is is an ideal choice for families who want to be surrounded by greenery, yet not far from happenings, promenade and the beach. It has a good quality and price ratio.
In its vicinity are supermarket and bakery (at 50m), as well as a pharmacy (at about 40m), while the beach is around 220m far.
Epohikon Studios offers two double, three triple and one quadruple studio, three quintuple apartments, as well as seven wooden bungalows, all with an identical size (20m2).
Double studios have one double bed and they’re located on the upper floor, on the front side of the building. Triple studios have one double and a single bed, and they’re suitable for two adults and a child. All are located on the lateral side of the building, one on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Quadruple studio has one double bed and bunk beds, it is on the ground floor and it has street view. Qiuntuple apartments have one double bed, two bunk beds and a sofa, and they’re suitable for two adults and three children. All are located on the ground floor, two facing the front side and the street, and the third one is on the lateral side. All studios and apartments have a balcony (2m2).
Bungalows are located on the ground floor, alike separate houses and they can accommodate 2-4 people. Two bungalows have one double bed at the basic level, with the possibility of adding a mattress of a queen size bed on the gallery for the third person. The other bungalows have one double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding a mattress for the fourth person on the gallery. In the bathroom, there is no shower cabin, just tiles. The bungalows are facing the courtyard and have the unfenced terrace on the ground floor with the direct exit to it.
Guests can use WiFi internet, a kitchen with hotplates, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, safe box and a small bathroom with shower with curtain, while the baby cot is available upon request. Replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, is done after three days. Guests can also use a washing machine with an extra charge.
The spacious yard is a special advantage since the other accommodations in this area don’t have that much space. There’s plenty of greenery and shade, tables with chairs and enough space for children to play, as well as barbecue. Private parking is available 100m from the accommodation for an additional fee. It is necessary to book it in advance.
You can have breakfast with an extra charge, but two children can use one meal, as it’s quite abundant. Private parking is not available, but there is plenty of parking space nearby.
The easiest way to reach the accommodation, if you’re coming from the north, is to turn to the third street on the left and continue straight for 150m and then turn again left and you will see the accommodation on the left.
The house is on an excellent location, because all the features, as well as beach, are very close. The owners are very kind and available for any question or help. They have a lot of experience because this is a family house that has been rented to tourists for years and they will do their best to make you feel like home.
