Anthia House is located on the promenade, in the center of Sarti, about 100m from the beach, in the second row to the sea. It’s an ideal choice for those who’d like to have everything at fingertips, but who aren’t bothered by the noise.

The house is located above the footwear shop with the same ownership. It’s surrounded by supermarkets and souvenir shops, as well as restaurants and fast-food restaurants.

They offer four apartments (two on the first and two on the second floor) and three studios (one on the first and two on the second floor).

The first-floor apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two bunk beds in the kitchen area. The apartments on the second floor have one double bed and two bunk beds, i.e. two single beds. By adding an extra bed, they can accommodate a maximum of five people with an additional charge.

The double studio is located on the first floor, it has one double bed and there’s no possibility of adding a baby cot or auxiliary bed. Studios on the second floor accommodate up to four people with an additional charge. The first studio has one double and two sofa beds, while the second one has one double, a single and an armchair bed.

Accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils, hotplates and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a an edged showering area without curtain. All terraces are on the front side of the house, except the passable terrace of the double studio on the back side of the house.

They have no yard or private parking, but public parking is located about 150m from the accommodation.

Arriving from the direction of Vourvourou, turn off the highway at the Fact Club. Continue ahead to the end and continue the next street leading to the sea, then turn to the first street on the left. After 20m on the left, you will see a shoe shop above which is the Anthia House.

This accommodation is suitable for couples and families who don’t mind the hustle and bustle. Kind hosts are always there, available to help their guests in case of need.
