Eleftheria House is located in the center of Sarti, just 110m away from the beach. It is ideal for all those who aren’t searching for luxury, but want to stay close to the beach, shops and taverns.
All facilities are at fingertips, the closest supermarket is 50m away, and the closest bakery is right next to the accommodation.
The last time house was renovated in 2007 and it consists of eight studios located on the ground floor and on the first floor. Studios are double, triple or quadruple.
Four double studios (18m2) have one queen size bed. Two are located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor on the latheral side of the house. Two triple studios (35m2) have one queen size bed and a single bed. Both studios are located on the ground floor, one on the front and the other on the latheral side of the house, and an extra bed can be added in one of them. Two quadruple studios (40m2) have one queen size bed and two single beds. They are located on the first floor, one on the latheral side and the other one on the front side of the house.
Studios are air-conditioned, with wireless internet, TV, kitchen equipped with hotplates, electric kettle and small fridge with freezer compartment. They do not have mosquito nets, while in agreement with the owners you can get a baby cot and a hairdryer, as well as use a washing machine. In the bathroom, there’s a small bathtub with curtain, and on the private balconies, there are tables and chairs, as well as a small drying rack. The studios on the front side of the house have a slightly larger balconies than those on the latheral side.
Private parking doesn’t exist, so guests can park their cars on the street near the accommodation. Also, there isn’t a yard, but in front of the house, there’s a small porch with table and chairs for sitting.
In order to reach the house, turn from the main road when you see the club Fact, take the first street left, then turn right in the second street and after 40m you will see the house on your right.
Eleftheria House is the right place for those who want to be only one step away from all the happenings, near the promenade, shops and restaurants, and at the same time not too far from the sandy beach in Sarti.
