In the first row from the sea, only few steps from Sykia beach, there are Avra Studios. The balconies of this ground floor house are looking towards the sea, so it is an ideal place for relaxing and enjoyment.

Beach is in front of the accommodation, only road separates them. The closest market is part of a camping, at 100m, and everyday a mini-van with fresh fruits and vegetables is passing in front of the house.

The house is consisted of three studios and all three are on the high ground floor. Two studios have a queen size bed and bunk beds, one has two queen size beds (studio on the side). Kitchen is completely equipped, it has hotplates, oven and small fridge. In the bathroom is shower with tiles, without curtain. Two studios have a direct sea view and one has a side sea view. Balconies of studios with direct sea view are actually one big balcony, so there isn’t so much privacy, but each studio has its own sitting set. All studios have air conditioning, TV and internet. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three days, while cleaning is done only when guest is asking for it. Pets are welcome.

There is no courtyard, or private parking, but in front of the accommodation there is enough space for parking.

In order to reach the accommodation, follow the road next to the Sykia beach and after you pass pizzeria Toula, you will see blue-white house and you reached your destination.
