Akis House New is a newly built accommodation located in a quiet location in Sarti. It is a great choice if you want to have a good rest. Very clean and tidy rooms, equipped with new furniture, are just one more reason to decide to stay here. Guests can use one of the pools located within Katerina’s Resort or Michalis House, which are only a 2-minute walk away.

Accommodation is located above the main road, at a distance of about 550m from the city’s sandy beach. The center of Sarti, which is known for its rich and diverse tourist offer (where you will find everything you need from shops, taverns, cafes, bars, restaurants…) is about 1km away.

In the offer are three quadruple studios, located on the first floor. The studios are equipped with one double bed and bunk beds. All accommodation units have air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and balcony which overlooks the vineyard. The kitchens have an induction hob, a large fridge with a freezer, as well as all the necessary utensils. The bathrooms have a shower cabin with glass. A baby cot is available upon prior request. The replacement of bed linen and towels are done (as well as cleaning) halfway through the stay.

In front of the building there is a parking space for all guests of the accommodation. According to the mutual agreement between the owners of the villas Akis House and Michalis House (the building across the street), guests have the opportunity to stay in the yard of that accommodation, which is fenced, it has a gazebo and a lot of toys for children. You can also use the barbecue.

If you are coming from the direction of the resort of Vourvourou, the easiest way to reach the accommodation is if after entering Sarti from the main road turn into the fourth street (which is unpaved) to the right and after passing Katerina’s Resort continue straight for another 100m.
