Description
Katerina's Resort is a newly built and modern accommodation located in a quiet part of Sarti, and has everything you need for a real vacation and enjoyment. It offers very neat, comfortable and airy accommodation units, fully and functionally equipped with new furniture. Just some of the many amenities available to guests here are: swimming pool, children's playground, barbecue and a large covered private parking lot.
The building is located above the highway, 350m away from the beautiful sandy beach, while the beaches of Platania and Platanitsi are about 2km away. The nearest supermarket is about 400m away from the accommodation, and the city center is a little less than 1km away.
It offers eight four-bed studios (22m2) for rent, arranged on the ground floor and first floor.
The studios are equipped with a double bed and a folding sofa bed, or a double bed and bunk beds.
The kitchen has a built-in glass-ceramic hob with two hot plates, a large refrigerator with freezer and kettle, while the bathroom has a shower tray and hairdryer.
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning.
The studios on the ground floor have private verandas in front of the entrance equipped with table and chairs, and the studios on the first floor have balconies overlooking the yard and the beautifully maintained lawn.
Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay, while guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.
A baby cot is not available and pets are not allowed.
In the beautifully landscaped, spacious and fenced yard there is a swimming pool with deck chairs and parasols (the use of which is included in the price), a summer house conveniently equipped with furniture for sitting and socializing, shared barbecue and utensils, children's playground with slides and swings in the sand., as well as a large private covered parking lot with enough space for all the guests of the accommodation.
If you are coming from the direction of the resort of Vourvourou, the easiest way to reach the complex is to turn right from the main road after entering Sarta into the fourth street (which is unpaved).
Katerina's Resort can be a great choice for guests who want clean accommodation with a pool in a quiet and peaceful location, pleasant and friendly hosts, as well as good price-quality ratio.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
