Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
In Sarti, situated in a peaceful location with a spacious yard, pool, and children's playground, lies the house of Michalis. It is perfect for those who seek to indulge in tranquility and silence, while still having everything within reach.
The house is located above the main road, at a distance of 450m from the beach. The nearest market is 550m away from the accommodation, and the town center is approximately 1km away.
There are regular studios, renovated studios, and deluxe studios, situated on the ground floor and the first floor, as well as renovated apartments on the first floor.
The regular studios are either triple (3 Bed Studio) or quadruple (4 Bed Studio). There are a total of 6 triple studios, with four located on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They feature one double bed and one single bed, accommodating up to 3 people, with a maximum of 3 adults. There are a total of 8 quadruple regular studios, with three on the ground floor and five on the first floor. They include one double bed and bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 people, with a maximum of 4 adults.
The renovated studios are quadruple (4 Bed Studio, Renovated) or quintuple (5 Bed Studio, Renovated). There are 4 renovated quadruple studios, with two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. They feature a double bed and bunk beds, accommodating up to 4 people, with a maximum of 4 adults. One on the first floor is smaller compared to the other three. There are two quintuple renovated studios, both located on the ground floor. They include a double bed, bunk beds, and a sofa for two (children up to 12 years old), accommodating up to 5 people, with a maximum of 5 adults.
The deluxe studio is a quintuple (5 Bed Studio, Deluxe) located on the first floor. It is available for rental as a triple or quadruple as well. The quintuple Deluxe studio includes a double bed, two single beds, and a sofa for one person. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with a maximum of 4 adults.
The renovated apartments are two-bedroom apartments (2 Bedroom Apartment, Renovated). There are two in total, situated on the first floor. One is equipped with a double bed in one bedroom, while the other bedroom includes a single bed and bunk beds. The second apartment has two double beds and a pull-out drawer bed underneath one of them.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, internet, kitchen, bathroom, and terrace. The kitchen features a two-ring stove and a fridge with a small freezer compartment, while the bathroom includes a shower cabin in the deluxe studio, and a bathtub in all other types. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and a canopy. The deluxe studio offers a distant sea view, while others overlook the pool or the yard. Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every five days. Pets are not allowed.
In the front yard, there is a pool surrounded by sun loungers, a bar, shower, built-in barbecue, gazebo, and children's playground. The private parking is located in the back yard.
When arriving from the direction of Vourvourou, as soon as you spot the villa Doxa on the right side, turn right onto the unpaved road. That path will lead you directly to the house of Michalis.
