Erika Boutique Apartments is a modern and newly built accommodation. It is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, has a large fenced yard, as well as a garden with chairs for relaxing. The studios are very well equipped, suitable for families with children, as well as anyone who wants to spend their vacation in a quiet and secluded location.

The nearest shop is located about 150m away from the accommodation, and the sandy city beach, as well as the promenade with cafes and taverns is about 350m away. The Masoutis supermarket is 550m away and Lidl is 1km away.

Accommodation offers four four-bed studios (28m2) that are completely identically equipped. All studios are located on the ground floor (three steps above the level of the yard), and have a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. The kitchens are equipped with a two-hot plates stove and oven, a large fridge with freezer and toaster. The bathroom a shower tray with curtain. Each studio has two porches, one of which overlooks the yard, while the other one overlooks the lawn at the backyard. All accommodation units are air conditioned, have mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and the ability to watch movies on Netflix.

Guests are in charge of the hygiene of the accommodation units as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, which are provided by the owner every three to four days.

The yard is large and fenced, and the lawn is regularly maintained. In the garden (backyard) there are chairs for relaxing. Accommodation also has a private parking lot with a limited number of spaces.

If you are going from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, drive straight until you see the church on the right side. At the church, turn right from the main road, then again right to the fourth street and you will see the building.
