Meltemia House is an accommodation located near the beach in one of the most sought after locations in Nikiti, in the heart of the place. These are comfortable and tidy accommodation units, which are decently equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation is extremely well positioned - it is located at a distance of less than 100m from the city’s sandy beach and promenade, and about 50m from a well-stocked supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, fast food restaurant, pizzeria and tavern.

It offers a total of four accommodation units - two studios with a gallery on the ground floor, and two apartments on the first floor.
Studio no.1 on the ground floor has a sofa bed in the kitchen, while the gallery has one double and one single bed. The porch equipped with a seating area is located in front of the entrance from the front of the building.
Studio no.2 is also located on the ground floor and has two sofa beds, one for one and one for two persons, in the kitchen, while the gallery has one double bed. The porch equipped with a seating area is located at the back of the building.
In the kitchens of the studio, there are two hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and in the bathrooms there is a shower tray with a curtain.
Apartment no.4 on the first floor consists of a living room with a kitchen that has a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with two hot plates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and the bathroom has a glass shower cabin. In front of the apartment there is a common area equipped with table and chairs.
Apartment no.3 on the first floor consists of a living room with a kitchen that has a sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and a large refrigerator with freezer, and the bathroom has a glass shower cabin. In addition to a common seating area in front, this apartment also has a private balcony.

All accommodation units have mosquito nets, WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning. A hairdryer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available.
A baby cot is available upon request, and small pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owner.
Clean bed linen and towels are available every five days, and the replacement is done by guests who also take care of the room hygiene during their stay by themselves.

The property does not have a landscaped yard, and guests can park their vehicles on the street in front of the accommodation.

The easiest way to find accommodation is if after the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right from the main road into Neakitou Street and drive straight for some 600m (on the left you will see a children’s playroom), and then turn right.
