Marianthi Apartments
Marianthi Apartments is located in Neos Marmaras, above one of the two squares. It offers two ground floor apartments and is an excellent choice for guests who wish to be in the center of events and close to all amenities, yet in a slightly quieter location. It is about 1.6km away from Paradissos beach, while the city beach is 1.2km away.
The square has everything needed for an ideal vacation - supermarkets (open until midnight), bakeries, fast food, various restaurants and taverns, cafes, pizzerias, tourist shops, leather and fur stores, boutiques, and jewelers.
The property is built on a hill in a steep street, characteristic of this place, giving it a special charm.
The first apartment (35m2) can accommodate up to three people. The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the kitchen, from which one goes to the bedroom with one double and single bed. The kitchen and the bedroom are separated by sliding doors.
The second apartment (60m2) has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV (the larger apartment has two TVs), internet, and mosquito nets, as well as a seating area outside with a table and chairs.
The kitchens are equipped similarly and have a stove with two burners, a small fridge, and all necessary utensils.
The bathrooms have shower cabins without curtains.
Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay.
One parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking nearby.
Marianthi Apartments is a good choice for all guests who enjoy the center, bustling and lively areas, and we particularly recommend it to young people who seek a dynamic environment and proximity to amenities for daytime and evening entertainment.
