If you’re looking for accommodation in Vourvourou near one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, with a swimming pool, a spacious courtyard and great pizzeria, Top Studios is the right choice. Because of the large and arranged yard, it’s recommended to families with children, but also to everyone who’d like to have a peaceful holiday.

Karidi beach is 500m away, and the nearest shops and taverns are at 550m.

Top Studios consists of two buildings. There are four studios in the building A (above the pizzeria), while in the building B (behind the pool), there are 13 studios and two apartments.

Triple or quadruple superior studios (25m2) are located in building B. They have one double and a single bed or a folding sofa bed for two children.

Quadruple deluxe family studios (25m2) are located in Building A. They have one double and a single bed or a folding sofa bed for two children up to 10 years.

Double deluxe studios (20m2) are located in building A and have one double bed.

The quintuple apartment has a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single or a double folding sofa bed (with the possibility of adding the third bed). The apartments are located on the ground floor of building B, where the balconies are a little below the ground level. They are ideal for families with 2-3 children.

Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets and a balcony with table, chairs and awning. Kitchens are equipped with necessary dishes, hot plate with two rings (some accommodation units have a mini-stove with oven) and a small refrigerator with freezer. In the bathrooms, there’s a shower with a curtain. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days.

The house was built in 2008 and every year something is renovated. It’s located in a beautiful large courtyard with a swimming pool, parasols and deck chairs, children’s playground, barbecue and private parking. Within the accommodation, there is the pizzeria Top Pizza, with a special offer for breakfast.

Small pets are welcome with agreement with the owner.
