Nick and Sofi’s House (68m2) is a brand new accommodation in the vicinity of Trani Ammouda beach, near Ormos Panagias. Accommodation is great choice for guests who are looking for a house to relax and enjoy in their vacation. It’s located next to Lena’s and Sofi’s House, which is perfect if several families are travelling together.
The nearest supermarket is 1.6km, and Trani Ammouda beach is 750m away from the accommodation.
Very nicely arranged and decorated, the house exudes a warm atmosphere, so you’ll feel like home. The first thing you’ll notice at the entrance is bright and modern living room. There is a sitting set (that can be used for sleeping), chest of drawers with new LCD TV and the gallery up the stairs with one mattress. From the living room, you’re entering the modernly equipped bathroom, as well as two bedrooms, with one double and two single beds.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets, a bathroom with shower cabin, air conditioning and WiFi internet, while bed linen and towels are replaced after three days.
In a small building next to the house, there’s a kitchen with all the necessary elements, large fridge and mini-oven, as well as a bathroom with a shower area with a curtain.
In front of the house, there’s a huge yard with barbecue, table with chairs and a mini playground for children. Of course, inside the yard, you can also park your car.
You will reach the accommodation by driving on the main road and after turning to Agios Nikolaos turn left at the Shell gas station. You will drive 2km and reach the accommodation located on the left.
Even though it is about 1km away from the sea, Nick and Sofi’s House can be the perfect choice for guests arriving with their own car. Primarily designed for the owners, this house has everything that one or two families may need.
