Recently and completely renovated facility, Giorgos Maisonttes, is located in the second row to the city beach with the Blue Flag Award in Neos Marmaras. It’s nicely and well-equipped with new furniture. On a quiet location and in the street without so much traffic, outside crowds and noise, this house has only three accommodation units and provides guests with privacy and silence.

The sea is at about 100m, while the path that leads to the beach is about 300m long. The city center and the rich tourist offer are at about 2km, while in the immediate vicinity there are beach bars and traditional taverns. You will find Masoutis Supermarket on the main road, 1km far away from the accommodation.

Giorgos Maisonttes consists of three equally equipped maisonettes that can accommodate up to three people.

On the ground floor there is a living room (15m2) with a folding sofa (170x110), and the kitchen equipped with hotplates and a fridge with freezer. Ground floor is connected by wooden stairs with a gallery (9m2) in the attic where is one double bed. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.

All accommodation units have mosquito nets, TV and air conditioning, while the WiFi signal does not exist in the accommodation. The terraces are located in front of the accommodation units. They are separated from each other by small wall and equipped with seating sets and laundry drying racks. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done at half of stay.

This accommodation has a very small yard but it is fenced and covered, and guests can use the built-in barbecue while enjoying the shade. There is no parking, but cars can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.

You will find this accommodation in the first and only street which is parallel with the one that leads along the city beach.
