Villa Elia is located in Skala Maries, on the southwest side of the island and is one of the accommodations that comes highly recommended by us. Additionally, it has received excellent ratings from previous guests. It offers spacious studios and apartments that are ideal for larger families. The location of the accommodation is peaceful and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the center. The owner is exceptionally kind and always available to guests.

Villa Elia is situated 180m away from the town beach and the town center with taverns, shops, and a pharmacy. Platanes/Sunset Beach is 400m away, and Atspas is about 600m away. All three beaches are organized.

The accommodation was built in 2008 and offers three studios and four apartments ranging from 35-42m2.

On the ground floor, there are three apartments, each with a bedroom containing a double or two single beds. In the living room of two apartments, there are two sofa beds or one sofa bed and one single bed with a pull-out bed. The pink apartment on the ground floor is the smallest and is intended for four people. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed with a pull-out bed in the living room. Each ground-floor apartment has its own (unfenced) seating area in front of the entrance to the unit.

The two studios on the first floor share a terrace, with two single beds and two sofa beds in each studio. Each studio has its own seating area in front of the entrance.

On the second floor, there is one apartment and one studio, both with separate balconies. The apartment has two single beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room. The studio also has two single beds and two sofa beds, but they are all located in one room. The maximum number of people that can stay in these accommodation units is five.

Each studio has a different layout and a bathroom of a different color. The terraces are spacious, uniquely designed, and facing the sea. Accommodations on the second floor have a direct sea view, while the studios on the first floor have a partial view. The ground-floor apartments overlook the estate at the front of the house. A baby cot is available upon request, but there is no option to add an extra bed.

Bed linen and towels are changed and cleaning is done every three days.

Guests have access to a private parking lot located at the back of the house.

Coming from the direction of Prinos, 750m after the overpass, turn right and continue down the street towards the town center and the town beach. After 270m, you will see the villa on the left side of the road.

The village is small and excellent as a base for exploring the island. You can witness the most beautiful sunsets here. There are not many tourist facilities, only two shops, taverns, a bakery, a butcher, and a pharmacy. Skala Maries does not have tourist-oriented shops, typical promenades found in coastal towns, or amusement parks. The place is ideal for a peaceful holiday without crowds, noise, and heavy traffic.
