Stefania II Studios is located in the center of the city, close to all the touristic attractions that this place can offer. Everything is just a short walk away, the promenade, souvenir shops, supermarket and a bakery.

The building is located in the center of Skala Potamia, 150m from the sandy beach that has long shallow water. The nearest market and bakery are just across the street.

Accommodation units are located on the first floor, where the shared kitchen for all guests is. Beside two stoves it has all the necessary kitchen appliances. Also, on the first floor, there is a large common balcony with several tables and chairs, where you can relax.

There are six accommodation units in total:

  • Rooms no. 101 and 102 are the same. They have one double bed from which a single drawer bed can be pulled out. One extra bed can also be added for the child.
  • Rooms no. 103, 104 and 106 are the same. They have a double bed from which a single drawer be can be pulled out.
  • Room no.105 is the most spacious one and it has a capacity of up to five people (two adults and three children). It has one double bed from which a single drawer bed can be pulled out and one standard single bed also from which the single drawer bed can be pulled out.

The rooms have kitchenettes, an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker as well as all the necessary dishes and utensil. Also there is a well-equipped common kitchen for preparing meals. The rooms have about 15m2 to 18m2.

Cleaning and the replacement of bed linen and towels are being done every three days.

Baby cot is available on request when confirming the reservation. The guests can also use the private parking.

When you get to the central intersection in Skala Potamia and you continue going down the street towards the sea, you will see Stefania II Studios from your left about 100m after the intersection.
