Maraki studios is located in the small village of Thimonia, at a 5-minute walk from the beach with the same name. It offers renovated studios with sea view. It is surrounded with nicely decorated garden, and there is also a private parking.

The nearest beach is Thimonia beach, at about 350m and you can reach it from the main road. It’s partly sandy, partly rocky, with a very clean sea. There’s no crowd, so people can truly enjoy. The beaches Kekes and Aliki are at only a minute-two away by car. Potos is at about 18km.
The closest bar is in the nearby hotel by the beach, the closest restaurant is by the Kekes beach, while the market and a large choice of restaurants are along the Aliki beach.

Maraki Studios is a newly built house with nicely arranged studios, with new and modern furniture, a kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a phenomenal view of the sea, the beach, surrounding hills and greenery.

There are ten studios set in the ground floor, on the first and second floor. The beds are high quality, made of wrought iron, with thick and comfortable mattresses. The studios and balconies are spacious enough.

In the ground floor there are five studios.
Three studios are triple (22m2) with one double and one single bed. One has a sea view, the other one side sea and mountain view and the third has no view.
Two studios are quadraple, with one double and bunk bed. One studio is smaller (22m2) and with direct sea view, while the other one is bigger (25m2), with bigger bathroom and has a sea view.

On the first floor there are four studios.
One studio is double (18m2) with double bed and direct sea view from the terasse.
Three studios are triple (22m2) and with one double and one single bed. One has direct sea view, another one side sea view and third one mountain view.

On the second floor there is a quadraple studio (35m2). It has a low ceiling, one double and two single beds. It has fantastic sea view from the terasse. The bathroom has a shower without the tub (just tiles).

Each studio has air conditioning, TV, kitchen, bathroom and terasse. Bathrooms are with shower with curtain, except the 4 bed studio on the second floor.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is performed after 4 days, or more often if desired.

In a garden there is a grassy area with deck chairs and a playground.

Guests have access to a large parking.

When you come from direction of Limenas, the accommodation is 2km away from Aliki, on the hill on the left side of the main road. You will see a sign on the road.
