Giota Apartments is a beautiful and new villa in brown tones, consisting of two buildings (lower and higher), a swimming pool, a poolside bar and courtyards with a walled barbecue and a covered seating area. It is located in a very quiet location, close to the beach.

The accommodation is located at the entrance to Skala Potamia, somewhere in the middle of the bay (1km from the center), about 300m from the beach, near the Kladis Club Holidays Hotel and Villa Angelo. It is about 2km away from the center. The nearest supermarket, where you can buy some of the bakery products, is 70m away.

In the lower building there are three apartments, and in the higher building there are four penthouses, capacity of two adults and two children. The apartments are spacious (50m2) and consist of a large living room with dining area and kitchenette with a sofa with extra drawer bed, bathroom with tub, bedrooms with two single beds and balconies by the entrance overlooking the yard and pool. The maisonettes are so designed that one enters the living room first with a dining room and a kitchen with a sofa with an extra drawer bed. The stairs lead to the upper level where there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. The maisonettes have another balcony downstairs next to the entrance.

There is also one apartment (55m2) located in the basement (8-9 steps). It consists of one bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a sofa bed with a standard mattress for two people and a sofa for one person, so there can be five people in this accommodation unit.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with nice and new furniture, have TV and WiFi. The mosquito nets only have a basement apartment.

Cleaning, towels and linen are changed every three days.

The yard is very nicely furnished, tiled and well maintained. There is also a swimming pool in the yard, which is 0.80 to 1.80 meters deep. It is interestingly lit at night. It has deck chairs and umbrellas, tables and chairs, and a bar is at guests’ disposal.

Parking space exists on the ground extension along the street near the villa.

It is very easy to find, and if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, turn left from the main road to the second street and then to the right and continue driving until you come to Issalos studios. On the left side of the street from which you came you will see Giota apartments.

If you want new and quality accommodation near a beautiful sandy beach, with spacious apartments, swimming pool and parking space, Giota Apartments can be a great choice.

Skala Potamia, along with its beautiful, sandy beach with shallow water, is an ideal place for a quiet family holiday without night time and plenty of traffic. On the other hand, only 10 kilometers away is the capital city of Limenas, which offers several tourist attractions, a large selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and entertainment for children and adults. A ten-minute walk will take you to the center of the Skala Potamia, and just a bit more than that to the center of the Skala Panagia.
