Luxury View Apartments is a new and modernly furnished ccommodation, located at the beginning of Limenaria. This area is very quiet and nice because from the spacious yard the guests have a beautiful sea view and the view of the town.

Villa is 500m away from the closest supermarket and from the center of Limenaria 1km. Also, the beach is about 600m away. This accommodation is at 500m from the nearest supermarket and about 1km away from the city center. The city beach in Limenaria is long, so you can always find the part that suits you, but you can also visit the nearby beaches Atspas, Tripiti and Metalia.

The units have been renovated for the season of 2017 and in total there are three apartments and one studio.

On the ground floor there are two apartments and both have their own sitting area with table and chairs in the yard. On the first floor there are one apartment and one studio.

Smaller (35m2) red apartment on the ground floor is provided for four adults. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has one corner sofa and a smaller non-foldable sofa (its length is 1,15m) intended for a small child. The kitchen is equipped and has a small fridge and a hot plate. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Larger (55m2) green apartment can accommodate up to six adults. It is also located on the ground floor. In the living room there’s one corner sofa and a double bed, while the other double bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator and a hot plate. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

Triple studio on the 1st floor has 22m2 and a sea view from the balcony. There are one double and one single bed. The kitchen is equipped. It has hot plates and a smaller fridge. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom.

Four bed appartment on the 1st floor aslo has a sea view and 35m2. In the bedroom there is a double bed while in the living room there is a sofa bed. Kitchen is also equipped and in the bathroom there is a shower cabin.

There is no possibility of adding extra beds in any unit. The owner lives on the top floor.

Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed line are replaceded after three days.

The house is located on a very quiet place and it’s surrounded by a small courtyard with grassy trails and a barbecue area.

Private parking is available, but guests can also park their vehicles on a not-busy street in front of the house.

Arriving from the direction of Limenas, turn left at the sign for accommodation Discovery. You are about to climb uphill, so Villa El Mare Luxurious Apartments will be on your right hand side. When you reach the top of the hill, head to the right after Giota Studios, continue straight ahead and the road will lead you to the villa.

If you’re looking for a holiday in a true sense of the word, out of the city crowd and where you can enjoy your friends, Luxury View Apartments can be a great choice.
