Nina Studios is a beautifully decorated and meticulous accommodation, not far from the city center. Private parking and a barbecue are at guests’ disposal. The owners are very friendly and they make sure their guests spend an unforgettable vacation.

Accommodation is located on the main road, about 400m from the beach and 300m from the center of Skala Potamia.

It consists of two buildings. In the first building, closer to the main road, there are two studios on the floor with a great sea view. Just behind this building, there is another one, with seven studios (25m2) and an apartment (35m2), arranged on three floors. Two studios are on the ground floor, three studios are on the first, and the apartment and two studios are on the second floor.

Studios have two single beds and one extra bed that is drawn under the existing beds, so they can accommodate three people. Studios are air conditioned, have TV, safety deposit box and hairdryer.

Apartment consists of a bedroom with two single beds and an extra bed that is drawn under it, and the living room with sofa bed for two children, well equipped kitchen, a dining table, bathroom and air conditioning.

The balconies are spacious and include dryer rack, while the mosquito nets are located in just three units.

Cleaning, changing of sheets and towels is done every three days.

The yard is paved and well decorated, with lots of flowers and various ornaments.

Within the accommodation, guests can use barbecue and a shared kitchen. Everyone has been provided with the parking spot and the internet, and if necessary, guests can use washing machine free of charge. Accommodation is at only three minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

When you get off from the ferry in Limenas, follow the road to Panagia and Potamia. After about 7km you’ll reach Panagia, pass the center of the village and follow the road to Potamia. Drive through Potamia and continue straight ahead. You’ll pass by BP petrol station, then EKO petrol station and after about 100m you’ll get to the supermarket. Nina Studios are next to the supermarket.

If you want a decent accommodation, close to the beach, promenade, shops and other facilities offered by Skala Potamia, Nina Studios could be a good choice.
