Blue View Studios is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer which gets sold very quickly. Since it is up on the hill, view from the balconies is really amazing. Beside that, all amenities offered by Skala Potamia are easy to reach and are within a walking distance from the accommodation.

It is located in the center of Skala Potamia, on the right side of the main road if you’re arriving from Golden beach. Villa is around 300 meters from the beach. The closest market and bakery are only few minutes by walking from it.

Accommodation is not luxurious but decent. In total here are 10 studios in two buildings.

Central building is consisted of the following accommodation units:

Ground floor:

- No. 7 - it is a triple studio with two single beds and a folding armchair that transforms into one single bed.

- No. 8 - it is a quadruple studio with three single beds and one folding armchair.

First floor:

- No. 1 - it is a quadruple studio with four single beds.
- No. 2 - it is a triple studio with three single beds.
- No. 3 - it is a quadruple studio with four single beds.

Second floor:

- No. 4 - it is a triple studio with three single beds.
- No. 5 - it is a triple studio with one double and one single bed.
- No. 6 - it is a triple studio with three single beds.

The size of the units varies, from 15m2 till 25m2.

The other building is a small separate house with two double studios and possibility of adding an extra bed if necessary.

All studios have sea view, including two separate studios in the small house (side sea view, not direct). All studios have TV, A/C, balcony, kitchen with hot plates, fridge and electric kettle, safe box and WiFi internet. Balconies are middle sized and perfect for morning coffee while watching sea. Baby cot is also available upon request. If you need a hair dryer, you can borrow it from the owners.

Cleaning, changing sheets and towels are done weekly.

Villa has a private parking and small courtyard which is well arranged, with built in barbecue and sitting sets.

If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, when you pass the supermarket Niki, drive few meters straight and right after Stafania Studios there is a small street where you should turn. Continue straight and you will see Blue View Studios.

Villa is on a quiet place and very close to all armenities - only 3-4 minutes by foot from the beach and the center. With an amazing view, it is a decent accommodation with reasonable prices, so it can be a good choice for peaceful vacation in Skala Potamia.
