Metaxas Studios is a few steps away from a long sandy beach with shallow water. It is a well-maintained building with a decorated yard and where accommodation units have a side sea view.

Metaxas studios are located in Skala Potamia, 50m from the beach and 1km from the city center. The first market is located 300m away.

It offers three studios (up to 25m2) located on the first floor.

Studio #1 - consists of one double bed, one single bed and one folding sofa bed. It is the largest accommodation unit in this property.

Studio #2 - consists of one double bed with another bed under which is pulled out.

Studio #3 - consists of a double bed and one folding armchair.

All units have a kitchen, bathroom with shower and curtain, mosquito nets, air conditioning and TV.

Cleaning, changing towels and bed linen is every 3-4 days.

The yard is nicely decorated, partly under the grass, so even the youngest can play safely, as there is a fence too. In the yard you can also find a table and chairs for sitting and socializing. There is also a large umbrella so you can sit under the shade.

The accommodation does not have private parking but you can leave your car in the area, there is enough parking space.

Leaving Skala Panagia, at the intersection at Skala Potamia, turn left toward the sea and then onto the first street (which is parallel to the coast) to the left. Continue straight and after 900m, you will see a sign belonging to Metaxas studios on the right.

If you want accommodation close to the sea and steps away from the beach, Metaxas is a great choice.
