Giotis Villa is a good choice for all those who are looking for the accommodation close to the beach and in the quiet area. The house in located in Skala Sotiros and it offers to the guests nicely decorated studios and apartments.

The house is located 30m away from the closest beach and 450m away from the center of the village where all the shops are. In the centere there is also a town beach , better for swimming.

Villa offers two double studios, four quadruple apartments and two five bed maisonettes.
Studios have 17m2, one double bed and an equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a small oven with hot plates. In the bathroom there are only tiles (not a standard shower). From the balcony the guests have a garden view.
Apartments have 35m2. In the bedroom there is one double bed while in the living room there is a fold out sofa bed intended for two children. In the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain. Kitchen is fully equipped and it has a small frinde and a small oven with hot plates.
Maisonettes are the same as apartments. The only difference is that tha bedroom is on the upper floor and it is not separated with a door. This unit has 40m2. In the living room there are a kitchen, sofa and a fold out armchair. On the upper floor there are a double bed and a bathroom (shower with a curtain).

Studios are located on the high ground (four steps above the ground). Two apartments are also on the high ground while the other two are on the first floor. Maisonettes are on the first floor while the upper level is in the attic. Units located on the first floor have a partial sea view.

Guests can also have their clothes washed with an extra charge. Quiet hours policy - from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The owners has a water sport and diving school.

Towels and linen are being changed every three days. Cleaning is done every day.

In the yard there are tables with chairs.

The guests can park their cars in the near by streets.

Coming from Prinos turn right before the gas station EKO in Skala Sotiros and you will see the villa from your left side.
